Exchange Request & Policy

Thank you for choosing us! Although we accept no returns but we want to ensure your satisfaction, so we offer a hassle-free exchange policy within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with the original tags attached. If you encounter a defect in the product, please provide us with clear parcel opening videos or pictures.

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.

Please note that an item is eligible for an exchange request only once.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at everythinginchikankari@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91- 9305533394 with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

No exchange/return is applicable on international orders.
