How do I find my size?

Every product page has a size chart. Our garments have little to zero margin, so measure your bust, waist and hip at the fullest points and compare against the chart — all measurements are in inches. Between two sizes? Choose the smaller size for a fitted look, or the larger for a relaxed fit.

Will the fabric shrink?

No. Our fabrics are pre-shrunk and we guarantee zero shrinkage.

How should I wash and care for my chikankari?

Hand-wash in cold water and avoid harsh chemicals and bleach. Darker colours such as red, sky blue and maroon may bleed, so wash them separately with a mild detergent.

Will the product match the photos?

Yes. Every piece goes through 5 to 7 quality inspections before dispatch, and what you see is what is delivered.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Domestic delivery then takes 5–7 business days. International delivery takes 7–15 business days.

Which couriers do you use?

Within India: Delhivery, Shree Maruti and India Post. International orders ship via India Post and other partners.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

No, we do not offer COD. We accept credit and debit cards, BHIM, Google Pay, Paytm, digital wallets and online bank transfers.

Can I return an item?

We have a no-returns, exchange-only policy. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items with original tags attached. Each item may be exchanged once, and return courier costs are borne by the customer. Exchanges are available on orders delivered within India only — no exchange or return is applicable on international orders.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes. WhatsApp us at +91 93055 33394 with your order number and revised details. We can update the size, address or phone number.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships we send a WhatsApp confirmation with a tracking number. Tap the link, or enter the number on our Track Order page.

Why has my order arrived in more than one package?

Depending on availability, items in the same order may be dispatched separately.
