2.1 Description
We specialize in Chikankari cloth from Lucknow, offering a variety of hand-embroidered garments. We strive to ensure that the product descriptions and images on our website are accurate. However, there may be slight variations in colour, design, and details due to the handcrafted nature of Chikankari.
2.2 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
2.3 Pricing
Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the final price.
3. Orders
3.1 Order Placement
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been placed.
3.2 Payment
We accept debit or credit cards, GPay, BHIM, UPI, bank transfer, etc. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. All payments are processed securely.
3.3 Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across the globe. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
4.2 Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance.
4.3 Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Return and Exchange Policy
We have a no returns policy and accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for a larger or smaller size of the product, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Exchanges are available on orders delivered within India only. No exchange or return is applicable on international orders.

5.2 Exchange Shipping
The customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
